News about ATO: Enemy has been using artillery in Luhansk region

Russian-terrorist bands violated the “silence regime” on the line of demarcation twenty seven times in twenty-four hours for last day. In particular, there was shelling with self-propelled guns (122 mm), mortars(120 and 82 mm), automatic and anti-tank grenade launchers, IFV and small arms in the direction of Shchastia town, Luhansk thermal power station, Krymske and Lobacheve villages ( Novoaidar district) sixteen times a day.

Besides, a sniper worked in the district. Mortars(120 and 82 mm), automatic and anti-tank grenade launchers, IFV, heavy machine guns and small arms were used for shelling ATO`s forces positions near Novotashkivske, Katerinivka, Novoolexandrivka and Novozvanivka villages (Popasnaya district) nine times in twenty-four hours for last day.
Small arms were used in the direction of Stanitsa Luhanska and Nyzhnoteple village.

There is no information about losses and destruction.

«The houses of civilians and electric power supply of the region suffered from enemy shelling. So, greenhouses, outbuildings were damaged due to shelling with ammunition (120mm).
Operational rescue team left for the place of incident. The power line was damaged near Zolote town. But it was quickly restored. The intensification of shelling at the “grain truce”, which was agreed in Minsk, notes that the statements and actions of the terrorist bands are inconsistent. They maintain a high level of tension and begin an escalation of hostilities during the resolution of life-critical questions» – commented the head of the regional state administration Jury Klymenko.
